"We came close last year and we expect to sell out before the event this year". Butto said.

Butto says he not surprised as everyone had such a ball last year and was returning this year with friends.

"The town was 40% booked the Monday after last year's festival and is about 80% booked already and why not it's a perfect place for a music festival!!"

The ABMF has 74 top class acts and also held east coast Battle of the Bands competition in 8 locations from Cairns to Newcastle to find 8 winners to top off  the line up.

All 8 regional winners will battle it out again at Magnums Hotel to win a coveted spot on WSC main stage on Sunday.

Competition was fierce and the some amazing acts were discovered.
